The Health Care Center's Medical Director, Dr. Rupal Amin from McFarland Clinic's Adult Medicine, partners with our highly trained, licensed, and dedicated Skilled Nursing staff to meet your needs.

Each staff member is trained to remain in close contact with you throughout your stay and thoroughly monitor your situation and health conditions. Assistance with Daily Living
You may need assistance with daily living (ADL) including personal hygiene, medication management, tasks in the home, dressing for a fun evening event, or walks to and from dining. Our skilled nurses are available to assist you 24 hours a day.
There also may be times when you are preparing for a hospital procedure or have an illness or accident that causes you to no longer feel comfortable or safe at home. In these times, we'll provide the best of care until you are ready to return home.
At Green Hills, we accept Medicare, many Medicare replacement plans, and most other insurance plans for long-term care. Green Hills assisted living and health care center are state licensed which qualifies coverage for most long term care insurance policies.
