Skilled Nursing

In the new Skilled Nursing Addition, we have a highly skilled nursing staff ready to provide you with a full range of services and care - 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Memory Care

Medicare? Of Course We Accept!

The Green Hills Health Care Center is a Medicare-certified Skilled Nursing facility.

Medicare Part A pays for approximately 80% of your Medicare-approved services. The costs of Part A services are paid for by your Social Security withholding taxes.
