Long Term Care and Skilled NursingWhen you think about Long Term Care, we want you to think about the Green Hills Health Care Center − the best in Skilled Nursing. Every one of us could benefit from a caring atmosphere, socializing with friends, or a visit and help from a care professional. We don't believe in isolating any individual at the Green Hills Health Care Center. Everything is about personalized care and maintaining dignity and respect. In fact, knowing our staff means knowing that you can count on us for your needs. Our Skilled Nursing Team at Green Hills Health Care
Our medical team stands behind our Promise to Care and Person Directed Care and reinforces our best practices. The Center's Medical Director, Dr. Rupal Amin, from McFarland Clinic's Adult Medicine partners with our highly trained, licensed and dedicated Skilled Nursing staff to meet your needs. So, whether you need short term assistance or long term care, our Health Care Center's Skilled Nursing staff promises to exceed your expectations in both compassion and level of care. Each staff member is trained to remain in close contact with you throughout your stay and thoroughly monitor your situation and health conditions. We pay special attention to your progress, and want you to know that as your needs change, so does your level of care. And, to expand your team of experts, we maintain a great partnership with the nearby McFarland Clinic and Mary Greeley Medical Center. Together, we develop follow-up care plans to keep track of your progress upon your return to the Green Hills community. Our Skilled Nursing Addition with Suite Features We're excited to share that the Green Hills Retirement Community and Health Care Center are expanding to include a new Skilled Nursing unit. The new Skilled Nursing unit features a 14-suite addition to the current Health Care Center with 24/7 care and access to even more amenities -
You'll find all of this and more in a vibrant professional atmosphere. Assistance with Daily Living You may need assistance with daily living (ADL) including personal hygiene, medication management, tasks in the home, dressing for a fun evening event, or walks to and from dining. Our skilled nurses are available to assist you 24 hours a day. Short-term Care There also may be times when you are preparing for a hospital procedure or have an illness or accident that causes you to no longer feel comfortable or safe at home. In these times, we continue to provide the best of care. |
